David C. Owen - Chairman and CEO

 

Mr. Owen has more than 40 years' experience in the financial industry having served as Chairman, President and CEO of two banks in the Kansas City area and as Regional Manager for Stephens, Inc., an investment banking firm located in Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr. Owen has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and in the financial reporting requirements of public companies. Mr. Owen has served as State Senator and Lt. Governor of Kansas. Currently, Mr. Owen is responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth and leadership of ICOP Digital, Inc., directing the daily operations of the Company and overseeing the adequacy and soundness of the organization's financial structure. Mr. Owen is a graduate of Ottawa University, Ottawa, Kansas with a degree in Economics. Mr. Owen also received post graduate training at Ohio State University and Rutgers University in conjunction with the American Bankers Association. Mr. Owen is Chairman of the David C. Owen Leadership Institute at Ottawa University and is a member of the Presidents Council as well as the Board of the University's Braves Athletic Hall of Fame to which he was elected in 2000. He is a lifelong member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and served as a member of the Kansas City Board of Directors.

Laura E. Owen - President and Chief Operating Officer

 

Ms. Owen has worked in large corporations, owned small businesses, and worked in investment banking. She was the first woman to be appointed Secretary of Commerce (KDOC) for the State of Kansas, the State's leading economic development agency. Ms. Owen has served on numerous state boards and commissions, including KTEC (Kansas Technology Enterprise Corporation), a public/private organization whose mission is to increase the presence of technological companies in the State of Kansas. At ICOP, Ms. Owen is responsible for shareholder relations, assisting with the strategic development of the Company, oversight of sales and marketing, and corporation administration. Ms. Owen has a degree in Business Administration from Delaware Valley College in Philadelphia, PA. She also studied at the Sorbonne University in Paris, and has traveled extensively abroad in support of business projects. Ms. Owen currently serves on the board of Heart To Heart International, a humanitarian organization which delivers pharmaceuticals and medical supplies worldwide.

Mr. Mason has 20 years of experience in various capacities centered on corporate purchasing and manufacturing management with companies such as Road Electronics, Birdview Satellite Communications, Cobalt Boats, and Mason Electronics. This experience provides him a solid base of understanding of the various methods and procedures in manufacturing and purchasing departments for a technology company.

Mr. Stambaugh is Chairman of the Board, President & CEO of Cryoport, Inc (OTCBB.CYRX). He is also a principal at Apercu Consulting, where he serves as an advisor to private and public boards and management.  Mr. Stambaugh is a co-founder and former Chairman at Ridge Diagnostics and Director at EcoDog.  He is also the former Chief Executive Officer and President of Calando Pharmaceuticals, Inc., co-founder, Chairman  & CEO of Maxim Pharmaceuticals, and the Chairman & CEO of ABC Laboratories.  Mr. Stambaugh has had a focus on board activities and corporate governance practices for nearly three decades. He speaks on best practices and current issues in corporate governance.
